Where can I find active orders?
Orders can be found in the Dashboard tab in the Boosters Panel.
I claimed an order, where can I find a login and password to the account?
It's a deposit used as an anti-freezing system, you will get it back after playing one game.
I have finished my game, what's next?
If the order isn't finished yet, you can continue playing. If you won't be playing anymore, you have to log out and unlock the order. Your game will get automatically added to your history on the order details page, and you will get paid for it.
A customer's friend wrote to me while I'm on the customer's account, what should I do?
Ignore him and tell the customer about it via the chat on the order page.
My game doesn't appear on the order history, what should I do?
If it takes longer than usual, please contact one of the administrators.
How is the pay counted?
On the order list, you have the prices for 20LP/RR or for 1 win. If for some reason you have been paid too little/too much, please contact one of the administrators.
Am I allowed to duo-queue with the other boosters?
Yes, you are, unless the customer bought the Solo Only extra option. Try to stick to the boosters from our site.
Tips - how does it work?
The customer can tip you for your hard work, and the money he tips is automatically being added to your account.
Assign - how does it work?
Assign feature makes you the only person that is able to play on the order. If you get assigned, you will get a notification on Discord, and in the dashboard, there will be a green "Assigned" text next to the order. You shouldn't be asking for an assign - it's only the customer's decision.
How can I get a payout, and when will I get the money?
You can request your payout here. Payouts are sent every Monday. If PayPal is not available in your country, you can ask the administrator for Payoneer payout permissions (these are done manually once a week, but at random times).
I'm leaving for the holidays and I won't be active for a while, what should I do?
Contact the administrator, tell him how much time you won't be present and have fun on your holidays.
I have X tier disabled, why and how can I get them back?
Your win ratio on those tiers is probably too low; you have to get 80% on your highest available tier to get back the higher tier.
How can I get access to duo queue orders?
If you have a win-ratio equal to or higher than 80%, you should contact admins and ask for access to the duo queue.
What extra options can the customer purchase and how does this affect my work?
SoloQ orders:
Solo only: You cannot duo queue with other boosters on our or any other site.
Stream option: You are obligated to start the stream before each game and record the screen until the end.
Untraceable boost: You cannot add the account to your friends, use Discord, or allow the customer to connect via Discord during the entire session.
DuoQ orders:
Streaming option: You have to start the stream before each game and record the screen until the end.
Priority: You must play within 10 minutes after the customer requested a duo queue session.
