I. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the website, under the domain https://boostarea.net (hereinafter referred to "Boostarea"), specify terms of use of the website by the Users & Selling Users.

II. Boostarea administrates and operate on the website designed for buying digital services, such as Boosting & Coaching in a game called League of Legends (hereinafter referred to "LOL"), as well as Selling accounts of the game (League of Legends) offered by the Service & Selling Users on this website or any sub-domains.

III. The website is an online platform, where users might comprise transactions between them.

IV. Boostarea does not purchase any digital content, as well as League of Legends accounts, from the Sellers or Selling Users and does not re-sell them to Users.

V. Boostarea does not provide Boosting services. The service enables the option to compromise transactions between Boosters and Users. The service is based on reaching the desired division/rank. Boostarea enables Elo Boosting service on all servers, which are: North America, Europe West, Europe East&Nordic, Brazil, Latin America, Russia, Turkey and Oceania.

VI. Boostarea does not provide Coaching services. The service enables the option to compromise transactions between Coaches and Users. Boostarea enables Coaching service on all servers, which are: North America, Europe West, Europe East&Nordic, Brazil, Latin America, Russia, Turkey and Oceania.

Definitions:

Account - an account for the user on the website, when activated the user has full capability and functionality of the service offered on the site.

Digital services - non-physical services, created on the basis User individual choice or decision. Boostarea.net enables two different types of digital services: Boosting & Coaching.

Solo Boosting services - it is a type of digital services, where the booster will log into your account after you give us the info, and will start performing an Elo boost to your desired division.

Duo Boosting services - it is type of digital services, where the Customer will play on his/her own account and booster will play with him/her until they reach desired division.

Digital goods - non-physical goods, created on the basis User individual choice or decision. Boostarea enables the following types of digital products: League of Legends accounts.

Users - any individual who is eligible to compromise the transactions on the website.

Guest account - an account created by the Service Provider, which belongs to the customer, who expressed tacit consent to create an account on the website by the Service Provide.

Seller - an entrepreneur or individual, who sells digital content, including the digital services and goods such as Boosting, Coaching, Selling Account, to users via website system. The seller may also purchase products from other Selling Users via the website.

Selling Users - an entrepreneur or individual, who is not an entrepreneur, selling via the website system and being the owner of League of Legends accounts.

Subscriber - any person who can sign in to Boostarea newsletter.

Service Provider - ESEN LCC which has a registered office in 222 Delaware st, suite 207, Hst NewCastle, DE 19720 - 994170833

Website - site which is available under the link https://boostarea.net No other website has a direct connection with Boostarea.

Elo Boosting / MMR Boosting - is a virtual service based on the subject of which is acquired to the customer’s order virtual levels (ranks) in the online game League of Legends. The essential of the service is based on reaching the desired division/rank that the customer paid for. The service is performed by people that have a lot of knowledge and experience in the game. Those people are called boosters. Boostarea enables this service on all servers which are: North America, Europe West, Europe East&Nordic, Brazil, Latin America, Russia, Turkey and Oceania.

Booster - a person who delivers a virtual service based on the subject of which is acquired to the Customer’s order virtual levels (ranks) in the online game League of Legends.

Coaching - is a virtual service based on the subject where the high skilled player teaches customers how to play a game called League of Legends. The service is performed by the best players in the company, so the customer is provided with the most helpful information and get the best results in every session. These players are the coaches. Boostarea enables this service on all servers which are: North America, Europe West, Europe East&Nordic, Brazil, Latin America, Russia, Turkey and Oceania.

Coach - a person who delivers a virtual service based on the subject where the high skilled player teaches customers how to play a game called League of Legends.

Selling Account Marketplace - (hereinafter referred to "Selling Account"), is a virtual good, based on the subject where Service Provider & Selling Users can sell League of Legends Accounts. We enable the ability to sell League of Legends accounts on all servers (North America, Europe West, Europe East & Nordic, Brazil, Latin America, Russia, Turkey & Oceania). Boostarea does not own League of Legends accounts. The accounts are provided by Selling Users.

1. Applicability and Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions Sale of the website

1.1 The User and the Seller hereby agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

1.2 Users that unable to express a legally binding agreement with Boostarea and those which are prohibited from using Services, due to country regulations or regional regulations are asked to refrain from using the service. The user who purchases on the website confirms that he or she is at least eighteen (18) years old, or reached another age, which will allow him to express legally binding agreements. If the user act for and on behalf of a third party person, each asserts that he’s authorized to conduct legally binding agreements for and on behalf of such person.

1.3 Boostarea reserves the right to make any changes and modifications to the General Terms and Conditions sale, including adding new regulations and deleting previous one, which can be done through promulgation on the Terms and Conditions on the website. New regulations and modifications to the General Terms and Conditions will come to the effect automatically three days after their promulgation of the website. It is the sole responsibility of the aforementioned to pay close attention to any alterations, changes, removals or additions to the clauses and rules written in the terms and conditions. By purchasing any service that Boostarea enables, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions as a whole.

1.4 Meanwhile, using any services or contacting Boostarea, the User, the Seller, the Booster, the Coach communicates with Boostarea electronically. Boostarea communicates with the mentioned parties by e-mail or by live chat on the website, as well as different distributors through their communication channels.

2. Intellectual property, Copyright to the Website

2.1 Content, texts, photographs, designs, logos, images, software, source code, and in general any existing intellectual creation of the site, and the whole site as a multimedia artistic work, are fully protected by copyright legislation concerning intellectual property and belongs to the Service Provider.

2.2 The contents included in the aforementioned website may not be reproduced in full or in part, nor transmitted or recorded by any information retrieval system, under any support or media unless the Entity has granted its prior authorization in writing.

2.3 The user does not gain from the agreement between the Service Provider and User, nor User and Selling User, any rights to the website then guaranteed him in the General Terms and Condition of Sale.

2.4 The Website is provided to the User only through the availability of using it through the Web site https://boostarea.net

2.5 Boostarea claims that is in no way affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by Riot Games Inc.

2.6 Boostarea claims no ownership of Riot Games' or any affiliates' intellectual property. All copyrights and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

3. Registration form, User account, Selling User account, Guest Account

3.1 To set up the account, the user is obliged to register by filling in the registration form available on the site. During that process, the user is obligated to provide the username, e-mail address and optional information such as the Skype ID, Discord ID and Country. Before the registration, the user has an ability and availability to become familiar with service descriptions, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy.

3.2 If any User chooses the option to buy a Service as a Guest, without registration, he or she expresses tacit consent to create an account on the website by the Service Provider.

3.3 The Following Account will be created automatically, by the Service Provider, and then delivered through electronic form to the customer, on the e-mail address provided by him or her during the process of purchase.

3.4 If the User wants to sell products through the website, he or she will be obligated to fill additional information located on his profile. The user will be compelled to provide the following details in “Edit Profile”: his or her current name and surname, select his or her withdrawal method and provide correct withdrawal information. Boostarea is not responsible for any damages or losses if the Selling User will provide false or incorrect information.

3.5 Boostarea reserves the right to terminate or suspend the User's account. If a User's account will be suspended or removed and any balance that remains on the account, Boostarea can freeze or remove this balance due to breaching General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the Service Provider. More information about breach of General Terms and Conditions of Sale might be found in the following regulations at points 17, 17.1 and 17.2. Boostarea reserves the right to terminate or suspend the User’s account if the User creates situations that might be reflected as possible of violation of the company interest's.

4. Using the Website

4.1 You do not have to register to use the website. Meanwhile, using the website you can reach out and check the following sections: Homepage, Boosting, Coaching, Selling Accounts, Boosters, Blog, Reviews, Job, Gallery, Loyalty Program, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Frequently Asked Questions. Before the registration, you have the availability to become familiar with the content of the website, such as a description of products (digital services and goods), description and information about the Service and Service Provider. The Service Provider reserves the right to make any changes and modifications to the Conditions Sale, including adding new descriptions, changing the existing one and deleting previous one, which can be done through promulgation on the specific parts on the website.

4.2 New description and information will come to effect automatically after the promulgation on the Website.

4.3 The Service Providers reserves the right to carry on promotions and discounts. 4.4 The Service Provider may send to the registered User, independently of the fact of expressing above mentioned consent, non-constituting commercial information or marketing materials, necessary for using the website by this User, executing provisions of law or the Terms of Use or necessity to fulfilling obligations stemming from provision of law or Terms of Use, as well as information about new features of the website.

4.5 The Service Provider reserves the right to carry on special discounts pricing for specific customers. The special price is created exclusively by our management, which is not listed on the website. Then, it’s delivered a link directing the customer to the unique pricing formula. These Services will be listed as a "Sub-charge".

4.6 The User may declare hereby consent to receive commercial messages (hereinafter refer to “newsletter messages”) from the Service Provider. The consent might be declared at any time before or after the Registration. The consent might be revoked at any time by electronic message or by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link at the end of the commercial information.

4.7 The User is obligated to use the Website on his behalf and do not allow the usage of his Account to other persons. The login and password need to be adequately protected from access by others. The Account is non-transferable and cannot be inherited. It is prohibited to have more than one Account.

4.8 The User can log into the website by using the correct account credentials such as login (name) and password.

4.9 The User can retrieve the account credentials after successful verification of the system on the website.

5. Compliance with the game rules

5.1 When registering, the User declares himself entitled to conclude, execute, square and settle the Agreement through which he orders the service, which means that it is consistent with the Game Rules or has been granted by the owner of the game or other authorized entity giving permission to the individual to conclude, execute, square and settle such Agreement. Otherwise, the User is obliged to stop using the website immediately and cease the Agreement, and if he is on the registering step, he cannot register on the site.

5.2 The Service Provider declares that the Website is not available to individuals who are not entitled to conclude, execute, square and settle the Agreement. The individual who is solely liable for fulfillment of the conditions referred to in paragraph 1 is the user.

5.3 The Service Provider doesn't need verification, whether the User is entitled to conclude, execute, square and settle the Agreement through which he orders the Service.

5.4 If you fail to comply or failed to comply with any of the conditions set out in paragraph 1, the Service Provider may terminate the Agreement with immediate effect for reasons attributable to you. The Service Provider may at the same time declare all Agreements concluded, executed, squared or settled (or being concluded, executed, squared, settled) by you null and void. Any claims resulted from Agreements which are declared null and void, and the Users will settle themselves. The Fees for Agreements which were declared null and void, will not be returned.

6. Purchases on the Website

6.1 The Customer can purchase Virtual Services (Boosting & Coaching) and Virtual Goods (Selling Account) through the website. The customer needs to accept the General Terms and Conditions of the boostarea.net website before the purchase.

6.2 The Customer can purchase products listed above as a User (a registered member of the website - before he makes a purchase) or as a Guest (not a registered Member on the site - before he makes a purchase).

6.3 If the Customer purchases the product as a Guest, the account will be created automatically by the Service Provider, and then will be delivered through electronic form to the customer, on the e-mail address provided by him or her during the process of purchase.

6.4 The Customers are the persons, who want to purchase the following services and goods: acquisitions of levels in a virtual game called League of Legends, coaching in a game called League of Legends and accounts of the game League of Legends. The customer issues the product by uploading it on the website. The execution of the listed services and goods is made on the basis agreement between User and the Service Provider.

6.5 After the purchase of the Service, the Customer is obligated to provide a sufficient amount of information.
6.5.1 If the Customer purchases a Solo Boosting Services, he or she needs to provide the following information: Login, Password, Summoner name. The Customer may additionally add “Customer Description”, this part is only optional.
6.5.2 If the Customer purchases a Duo Boosting Services or Coaching, he or she needs to provide the following information: Summoner name. The Customer may additionally add “Customer Description”, this part is only optional.
6.5.3 If the Customer purchases a League of Legends account, he’s not obligated to provide any information. After the purchase, the Customer will receive in return the account credentials of the newly purchased account on the website.
6.5.4 After the purchase of a Service, the customer, can optimally select his specific Booster/Coach. If the Booster/Coach won’t accept or will decline the offer within 3 hours, Boost/Coaching will go back to the dashboard.

6.5 After the purchase of a Service, the customer gains access to specific areas on his profile, where he can customize the Service (update account credentials, pause the service, check the progress of the Boost, Schedule with his Booster/Coach, direct chat with his Booster/Coach).

6.6 After the purchase of a Virtual Good (Selling Accounts), the customer is not obligated to provide any additional information. The customer will gain access to a specified area on his profile, where he will receive the account credentials of the purchased products.

7. Order Process, Customer, Service Provider and Selling User Obligations, Service Rights

7.1 The agreement between the customer and Service Provider is valid until the Virtual Service (Boosting/Coaching) is delivered, or Virtual Good (Selling Account) is transferred to the new owner.
7.1.1 If the customer purchased a Division Boosting, the agreement is valid until the desired division is delivered by the Service Provider.
7.1.2 If the customer purchased a certain amount of wins (Win Boosting), the agreement is until a certain amount of wins will be provided.
7.1.3 If the customer purchased a Placement Matches Service, the agreement is valid until the purchased amount of games will be provided.
7.1.4 If the customer purchased a Champion Mastery Boost, the agreement is valid until the purchased level of Champion Mastery will be provided.
7.1.5 If the customer purchased a Coaching session, the agreement is valid until the purchased amount of hours will be provided.
7.1.6 If the customer purchased a League of Legends account, the agreement is valid until the account warranty period will expire.
7.1.7 If the order hasn't been completed before the end of the season, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the progress and add the missing amount to your balance on the website.

7.2 The agreement between the Customer and Service Provider, may be terminated by The Service Provider, if the customer doesn’t provide any actions by 120 days, such as: not providing sufficient information mentioned in points 6.5, 6.51, 6.52, 6.53, 6.54., not contacting with The Booster/Coach/Selling User for 120 days or more, pausing the Boost/Coaching for 120 days or more, not logging into his profile for 120 days or more.
7.2.1 The agreement between the Customer and Service Provider, may be terminated by The Service Provider if the customer's breach the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the boostarea.net website.
7.2.2 The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the Customer if any abusive behavior, such as domination or insults towards the Booster, Coach, or staff members, is observed.
7.2.3 The agreement between the Customer and the Service Provider can be terminated by the Service Provider If the customer perform any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to offer private deals to our service providers or sellers, contact our service providers outside of Boostarea website, submitting false reports and giving administrators invalid information regarding his/her service, we reserve the right to terminate the order without prior notice.
7.2.4 If the Service Provider terminates the agreement, unused credit will be deducted as an administration fee.

7.3 You, the customer, accept that if you buy Win Boosting Service, you agree that you purchase a certain amount of wins. If you buy "x" amount of wins, any lost game will count as + 1 to this amount and any game won will count as - 1 to this amount.
7.3.1 The rule does not apply, if the booster loses a game in the promotion, it doesn't count as an extra game unless the booster loses the promotion.
7.3.2 The number of wins will vary if a customer purchases an “x” amount of games and if during the service, the booster reaches a higher division. If this is a case we will proceed as follows:
- We don’t take any actions if the order is below Platinum IV (LoL, TFT and Valorant)
- If the order is Platinum IV or above, the booster can complete the order in a new division, alternatively the customer can request converting the wins and store it as the balance on the website.
7.3.3 The booster is allowed to dodge multiple games. However if the booster loses multiple games that lead to -10 LP/RR, the customer is eligible to receive an additional win as the compensation. Dodging is allowed for the booster while providing win boosting. However, the customer can receive an additional win as compensation if the booster dodges games multiple times that could lead to +10 LP/RR loss.

7.4 In the event that the booster encounters additional work as a result of the customer's actions or account conditions, appropriate measures will be taken based on the following circumstances:
7.4.1 If the customer plays solo while the order is in progress and loses points, they will be responsible for paying the difference. Alternatively, the order may be converted to credit on our website.
7.4.2 If the customer disconnects from a game, intentionally leaves a game, or goes AFK, we cannot provide compensation for any resulting losses. In this case, the customer must pay for the difference in losses incurred. Alternatively, the order may be converted to credit on our website.
7.4.3 If the customer's severe toxicity, flaming, intentional feeding, or trolling causes losses, we cannot provide compensation for the resulting losses. In this case, the customer is responsible for paying the difference in losses incurred. Alternatively, the order may be converted to credit on our website.
7.4.4 If the customer's account has negative points or is in low priority, it is the customer's responsibility to restore the account to normal condition. Alternatively, the customer may compensate the booster with an additional fee ranging from 2-5 EUR/USD (depending on the specific circumstances) for any extra hassle incurred.
7.4.5 In case of League of Legends division boosting, if the LP gain is less than 14 per win or the difference between LP gain and loss is greater than 5, the customer must either provide a tip to the booster equivalent to 15% of the total order value or convert the order to win boosting.
7.4.6 In case of Teamfight Tactics division boosting, if the LP gain for first place is less than 28 per win, the customer must provide a tip to the booster equivalent to 15% of the total order value or convert the order to win boosting.
7.4.7 In the case of League of Legends duo boosting, the customer's KDA must be a minimum of 1.9. If this requirement is not met, we are unable to provide compensation for any losses incurred. Alternatively, the order may be converted to solo boosting, or the customer may receive credit on our website.

7.5 You, the customer, accept that if you play any ranked games in the selected type of queue you bought during the service, you will be obligated to pay the difference if your LP is lower than the amount of LP left by the Booster.
7.5.1 The Service Provider reserves the right to pause the service if the customer decreased LP during the service or gain below 13LP. The Service Provider will allow the service to continue, once the difference in the value of the service was covered.
7.5.2 If The customer declines to cover the difference in money, The Service Provider reserves the right to convert the service, by calculating the difference in money caused by the customer actions and initial value of the service.
7.5.3 During a win boosting service, the customer is allowed to play any League of Legends game mode.
7.5.4 During a division boosting service, the customer is allowed to play different game modes, excluding the game mode chosen for the boosting service.

7.6 The Service Provider guarantees win rate according to the information on the pages below:
- League of Legends (LoL)
- Teamfight Tactics (TFT)
- Valorant (VRT)

7.6.1 The compensation cannot exceed 1 full division unless the booster’s win rate is below 50%.
7.6.2 Prior to purchasing, Customers are required to select their Last Season Standing rank. If their account was unranked in the previous season, they must select the last ranked position above Unranked.
7.6.3 If the Customer's account MMR is significantly higher (by more than one tier) than their Last Season Standing rank, they will be required to pay the difference according to the current MMR of their account. This policy applies not only to situations where the account has decayed or the Customer has played games during the preseason or transferred from another region, but also to other relevant scenarios.

7.7 If the customer purchases a League of Legends Account, he or she will be granted additional buyer protection.
7.7.1 This warranty will take a specific amount of time, depending on the account type.
- the account without any label (Selling User) guarantees the 7-days basic warranty period.
- the account with the Boostarea label (violet) or verified seller label (green) extend your warranty period to 14-days
- the account with a customized label (yellow), apply two different warranty period, 14 days for the botted accounts and the lifetime period for the handmade accounts.

The warranty will be applicable after the successful payment.
7.7.2 The buyer can extend the warranty period to lifetime by paying 20% fixed fee based on the account price.
7.7.3 The Service Provider is not liable for the usage of the account after the protection period expires.
7.7.4 The Service Provider warranty covers only the normal usage of the account. The Service Provider is not liable for any actions that exceed the normal usage of the account.
7.7.5 If the customer loses access to the purchased League of Legends account without his fault and knowledge during the warranty period, The Service Provider will guarantee the customer the same or a similar account within seven days from the moment of notification of this event.

7.8 When the Virtual Service (Boosting) will be completed, The Service Provider will inform the customer by sending an electronic notification. The notification will include the proof that the service was completed.
7.8.1 The proof that the service was completed, will include an attached screenshot, confirming that the Service was completed.
7.8.2 When the Virtual Service (Coaching) will be completed, the customer will be obliged to confirm that he received the service by stating that the following "I confirm that my coaching is completed". The action needs to be conducted on the personal profile of the customer.
7.8.3 The Service Provider reserves the right to mark a Virtual Service (Coaching) as completed if the customer doesn't follow the instruction from the point 7.8.2 and the service will be completed, and no complaint will be filled.
7.8.4 The customer is obliged to change the game account password after the completion of a solo boost. We waive take responsibility if the account password is not changed after order completion.

7.9 The Virtual Goods (League of Legends Account) transfer will be completed; once the Service Provider will deliver to the buyer valid account credentials and no complaint will be filled.

8. Additional Terms and Conditions of the Sales of Virtual Goods (League of Legends accounts), owned by Selling Users.

8.1 The Service Provider reserves the right to provide the sale of Virtual Goods (League of Legends accounts).

8.2 The Service Provider reserves the right to approve or disapprove requests of Virtual Good sales by the Selling User (League of Legends account).

8.2.1 The Service Provider will inform the Selling User about the approval or disapproval through the e-mail connected to his Selling profile.

8.3 The Service Provider reserves the right to approve or disapprove requests about editing information of the Virtual Good (League of Legends account) owned by the Selling User.

8.3.1 The Service Provider will inform the Selling User about the approval or disapproval through the e-mail connected to his Selling profile.

8.4 The Service provider reserves the right to input service fees on the account offered by the Selling Users on the website.
8.4.1 The Service provider will apply the following fees:

0 - 20 EUR/USD - 40%
21 - 50 EUR/USD - 35%
51 - 75 EUR/USD - 30%
76-100 EUR/USD - 25%
101-150 EUR/USD - 25%
151-200 EUR/USD - 25%
201 EUR/USD - 25%
*the minimum applied fee is 4 EUR/USD

Verified Sellers:
0 - 20 EUR/USD - 30%
21 - 50 EUR/USD - 25%
51 - 75 EUR/USD - 20%
76-100 EUR/USD - 20%
101-150 EUR/USD - 20%
151-200 EUR/USD - 20%
201 EUR/USD - 20%
*the minimum applied fee is 4 EUR/USD

Comfort sell fee:
0-20 EUR/USD - 0.99 EUR/USD
21-100 EUR/USD - 1.49 EUR/USD
101 - 200 EUR/USD - 2.49 EUR/USD
201+ EUR/USD - 3.49 EUR/USD

8.4.2 The Service provider reserves the right to impose higher service fees on the account offered by the Selling Users on the website.

8.5 The Service provider reserves the right to remove the Virtual Good (League of Legends account) at any time while on sale.

8.6 The Service provider reserves the right to freeze the amount of money paid to the Selling User (the same amount he wished to sell the account, excluding the addition fees) for seven days after the transaction was compromised.

8.7 We reserve the right to impose a penalty if the Seller User exercises behavior that causes direct or indirect damage to Boostarea. Any practice involving a buyer that includes offering private services, delivering misleading information, and/or any form of unprofessional conduct will not be tolerated. Should a reported issue filed against you, it is your responsibility to professionally handle the matter within an acceptable time period.

8.8 The Selling User has the right to withdraw the money after the freeze period expires.

8.8.1 The Service Provider reserves the right to conduct the payment for the marketplace balance periodically up to two tranches per week.

8.9 If the account will be locked within 7 days after the purchase and the Selling User is unable to unlock the account, we reserve the right to return 60% of the price to the buyer and 40% of the price to the Selling User.

8.10 As the Selling User, you are required by law to return full control of the game account to the customer if either you or the first owner of the account claims it back, regardless of whether it's within warranty or not. Any refund required should be returned to Boostarea. Failure to comply with this policy will result in legal action being taken against you as determined by the European Trade Laws.

8.11 As the Selling User, it is your responsibility to resolve any issues that come about during or after the sale with the customer in a timely manner. This must be dealt in a courteous, professional manner within a timely manner after Boostarea brings the issue to your attention by email. Failure to resolve the conflict within an acceptable time frame will result in a cancellation of the sale. Boostarea won't be held liable for the account involved afterward.

8.11.1 The Selling User will be notified by email if the account login credentials are incorrect. From there, a 24-hour time period is granted to resolve this issue with the buyer.

8.11.2 Should the email of the account involved prove to be inaccessible, the Selling User will be notified by email. From there, the account involved has up to 24 hours to provide an email address that can be reached.

8.11.3 The Selling User will be notified by email if the account involved is not as described. There will 24 hours allowed to resolve the issue with the buyer. If an agreement cannot be reached in time, Boostarea is to be contacted to have the account secured and canceled.

8.11.4 Should there be a telephone number involved in the buyer's game account, the Selling User will be notified by email that you have up to 24 hours to have the number removed.

8.11.5 Should an account become banned due to botting, the Selling User will be notified by email. From there, up to 24 hours is granted to have the account replaced. If the Selling User is unable to comply, then Boostarea reserves the right to cancel the sale if the price of the account is lower than 20 EUR/USD. If the price is higher, a 40% of the payment goes to the Selling User and 60% to the buyer.

8.11.6 Should the player's account become suspended, the Selling User will be notified by email. There is a 72-hour allowance to either recover or replace the account. Failure to do we will result a payment equal to 40% to the Selling User and 60% to the buyer. Should a suspension occur due to the Selling User's actions, the buyer will receive a full refund.

8.12 Should Boostarea experience any damages due to the Selling User's actions and fails to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to have that Selling User blacklisted. Boostarea also reserves the right to hold the payment until the issue is resolved. This may also apply to all the accounts of the Selling User belonging to our website.

8.13 Accounts that have been sold twice on our platform will no longer be eligible for payment. Please note that only the original buyer of an account on our platform is authorized to resell the account.

9. Refund and Chargeback Policy in Boosting Services

9.1 You, the customer, accept that once you purchase a Virtual Service (Boosting) and your booster has been assigned or the Service has started, you are no longer eligible to receive a refund. If the service was not completed, you have the right to store your unused credit. The Service Provider cannot terminate your unused credit.

9.2 You, the customer, accept that if you open a claim after the order has gone through, or the service has started or been completed, you are in direct breach of boostarea.net terms of use, and legally bound to either close the claim or pay back the same amount in addition to a fee determined by boostarea.net, no less than 50 Euro and no more than three times the original amount if the order placed cost more than 50 Euro. Should you fail to abide by either option, you, the customer, accept full liability in a court of law as determined by the European Trade Laws.

9.3 The customer is eligible to request a refund for Virtual Service (Boosting) after 72 hours after the purchase, this applies to situations where the booster hasn’t been assigned, or the service hasn't started. The customer can request a refund by submitting an inquiry in the contact form or contacting us through the live chat. The Service Provider is not responsible and won't proceed the refund if the customer did not fill out the obligations from points 6.5., 6.5.1, 6.5.2.
9.3.1 You, the customer, accept that if you request a refund, Service Provider will transfer the payment provider fee to your responsibility.
9.3.2 After the customer requests a refund; The Service Provider proceeds the following refund within 14 days after submitting the request.

9.4 In specific cases not listed above, The Service Provider reserves the right to proceed a refund or a partial refund. All those refunds will be an exclusive discretion of the site management.

11.2 You, the customer, accept that if you open a claim after the order has gone through or the service has started or been completed, you are in direct breach of www.boostarea.net's terms of use, and legally bound to either close the claim or pay back the same amount in addition to a fee determined by boostarea.net no less than 100 Euro and no more than three times the original amount if the order placed cost more than 100 Euro. 11.3 The customer is eligible to request a refund for a Virtual Good (League of Legends Account) within 72 hours after the purchase, this applies to situations where the Service Provider hasn't provided the account credentials of the purchased account. The Customer can issue a refund by submitting an inquiry in the contact form or contacting us through the live chat.
11.3.1 You, the customer, accept that if you request a refund, the Service Provider will transfer the payment provider fee to your responsibility.

12.3 The Service Provider is not responsible for failed or rejected from the Payment Provider payments.

13. Complain

13.1 The customer has the right to complain about the service he purchased.

13.2 The customer can file a complaint if the service is not provided or wasn't provided as described.

13.3 If the customer wants to file a complaint, he should follow the following steps:

13.3.2 Go to the “Contact Us” Tab.
13.3.3 Submit an inquiry with the subject ”Complain”, describing what was wrong.

13.4 All complaints will be answered within 14 days, after the date of receiving the complaint.

14. Role of the Website

14.1 The Service Provider does not take part in any way with the contacts between the User and is not a party of any factual or legal acts made between them.

14.2 The Service Provider does not guarantee truthfulness and reliability of any Data uploaded or stored by Users on the Website.

14.3 The Service Provider is particularly not liable towards the Users for:
- A situation when Data is contrary to reality,
- Truthfulness and reliability of Data uploaded by the Users,
- The User's ability to fulfill the Contracts,
- Solvency of the Users.

14.4 The Service Provider does not take part in the disputes between the Users. All the disputes are settled by the Users themselves. The Service Provider does not engage in any legal proceedings connected with settling this type of disputes.

14.5 The Service Provider is not liable in particular for educational problems or the behaviour of the Users in connection with the Agreements and the game, in particular, addictions connected to a computer or other games, lack of winning games, participation in illegal games by the User or the infringement of the Game Rules. In particular, Service Provider is not liable for blocking or suspending your account in the game or banning you from the game. Such an event does not give a right to any claims against the Service Provider or another User, in particular, claim to return the paid funds.

14.6 The Service Provider may without prior notice of the User, annul the agreement if it is contrary to the law or principles of social coexistence or infringes good name of the Service Provider.

15. Liability of the Website

15.1 The Service Provider isn't liable for any acts and/or omissions from the Users within the Website. The Service Provider only provides Users to the Website, and the User is obliged to use the Website in a consistent manner with the law. - Illegal usage of the Website from the User or another person,
- Law violations, malicious acts or omissions of every Internet user,

15.5 The Service Provider is not liable for the usage of any unauthorized programs that can potentially be triggered by the User.

15.6 The Service Provider is not liable if its e-mails get in the user's email as spam or junk.

15.7 The Service Provider is entitled to a technical break in the functioning of the Website. The Service Provider will notify the User of such breakthrough a Message unless the necessity of such break is sudden and/or unexpected.

15.8 The Service Provider is entitled to create temporal limitations of some features of the Website, make them available on selected hours or introduce restrictions if a lack of limits could affect the continuity and stability of the Website.
